Pillows a bit disappointing

Convenient from Gatwick north terminal . As no trains to my destination at 11.30pm it was a comfortable place to stay the night. Refreshed next morning to catch the train home.
Can’t say there was anything that was unnecessary or did not like.

Didn't get room paid for via urselves as I booked twin room and booking.com booked an accessible double needed room with wet room
Also had paperwork from booking.vom to say breakfast would be 10.50 and was charged 14.99
Each totally unacceptable
Correct room Right price for breakfast and mot to be told fully booked could not move us and wouldn't agree to breakfast price as advertised
