Great location to the airport and to drive south for the day then head into London on the train. Staff were helpful
Room was extremely small and cramped as was the bathroom.

Nice to stay in an Inn near the airport instead of a large chain. The location allowed for an adventure for dinner (great local pub!) and was in a neighborhood. The staff were helpful, bed was comfy, room was clean, and the hotel was cute.
There was no airport shuttle. When I found a yellow phone at the airport to call for the shuttle, I was told to use the local bus. Local bus worked fine and at all hours, but it took me a bit to figure this out and find a way to communicate with the hotel.

Convenient to Gatwick airport
The room and bathroom were very small. Hardly able to move when you have suitcases.
