Easy to find, close to metro, coffee, tea, snacks always available, good hot shower, comfy bed, really easy registration system - did not see any person but all was smooth and worked good when signing in to the room. Breakfast was not with very wide selection but decent and tasty. I loved that fruit was always available on the kitchen.

Thoughtfully decorated, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Very quiet.
I'll definitely stay again. I had a single room, travelling alone but I saw a couple of the dobles and they were fabulous! All very clean - including the shared bathrooms.
Slightly unreliable temperature in the shower - went from just right to scalding hot and to cold and back again every time I used it. It'd be good to get that sorted.

Staff very friendly but reception not manned very often. Self check-in works well. Breakfast great. Excellent location.
Good value.
We were unfortunately given a room in the annexe at the back of the hotel. Was not possible to open the windows safely. The rooms in the main building are much nicer and brighter.

Location is great. Hotel is clean, comfy, and stuff is very helpful. A very nice bonus is that tea, coffee, and cookies are available in the kitchen all day long. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Right next to the hotel, there are two large supermarkets, several cafés to suit every taste, and a couple of bars (they are quite low-key; I never heard any noise in the evenings). I could come back here and recommend the hotel to friends.
