Breakfast was fantastic, with a cozy firepit at one table. You can eat in the restaurant or take a tray up to eat in your room. The room was small but comfortable, and the windowseat was a huge plus! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, fun vibe , organized activities, fantastic breakfast
Seams like there were many trainees at the front desk, that didn’t know much. I had the misfortune to be there during a power outage, very uncomfortable experience. I had a room with no windows in the basement, smelled a bit like smoke

Great location and stylish rooms.
Everything is extra. Either extra effort or extra cost. You can’t even just go to the toilet in the lobby without having to get a code from a member of staff even though the toilet is deep into the hotel.
There are table tennis tables dotted about - but no bats/balls.
