A quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff are very professional.
When I brought takeaway food back to my room, the staff were happy to provide plates and cutlery. I really appreciated their helpful and friendly service.
The area in front of the elevator is a bit dark.
I understand this may be typical of Nordic cuisine, but as a Japanese guest, I would have appreciated a few more hot dishes at breakfast.
Although I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, I received a phone call from housekeeping. I was in the middle of an online meeting in my room, so I would have appreciated it if they had respected the sign.
