Location, good sized room with fridge. Buffett breakfast was tasty. Hot shower, comfy beds.

The location is great, we have stayed in the hotel on several occasions.
The property is beginning to feel tired. The room safe was not working on arrival although it was fixed on our second day by a very pleasant and helpful member of staff. The public safe area had many broken safes.
The air conditioning seemed to revert to stand settings very quickly after we amended the temperature each time

The breakfast and location of the hotel was very good
I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool and sauna. I wasn’t informed at any point prior to arrival that neither of those would not be available during my stay. They “upgraded” the room, basically same room but overlooking the street rather than courtyard, as a compensation but still it didn’t make up for the lack of facilities. Moreover, the room was very hot with poor aircon and it was very hot few days which made it difficult to sleep.
