located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to by metro, staff were very helpful
the washing machines didn’t have english translations so it took a bit of time figuring out how to operate it

Location, clean
Rude staff, no where to unpack suitcase

We booked two rooms, and the larger room for three guests was comfortable and well suited to our needs. The in-room washer-dryer was a fantastic convenience, especially during our trip.
The hotel is a little far from the main train station, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making the location quite practical overall.
The room for two guests was rather uncomfortable, as the bed was pushed against the wall on one side, making it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed.
Overall, the room felt somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the furniture and bathroom facilities.

"Very clean, staff was extremely nice. Convenient with three convenient stores close by, each a minute away walking distance from the hotel. The subway station was a 5 minute walk as well. Would defini..."
