The location and friendly staff. I would definitely stay at this property again
Room was a little small, the beds were a little too hard but manageable

Great location, close to subway station, grocery store, and restaurants.
the bed could use a few more pillows

The location was awesome and the staff were great. Nice beer too they had on tap. Comfy beds.
Rooms didn't really look like the photos. The double room was very small. Having said that the beds were comfy, it was very clean and we slept well.

It was in a nice suburban area in Tokyo.
It was old, the beds and mattresses were old and for the money it was bit sad that the hotel hasn’t attempted to upgrade their beds. I’ve stayed in much cheaper and better business style accommodation before and the beds were so much better - despite being an old hotel.
