Room was comfortable, not a bad size and neither side of bed was up against a wall which was good (although one side was very close to a wall). Quiet, well-appointed room. Handy to station, shops and parks. Bag storage is easy to use. Communal use microwaves are available and laundry is on site. Would stay here again.

The location was great and it was pretty quiet.
The room was very small for two people. We barely had space to open our bags.

Excellent location and good value for the money. Easy check-in and check-out.
Not clean and hard to get to the facility. need better signage outside

The location is good. The airport express stop at the hotel which is a plus.
The bathroom cubicle entrance is too high.
The bathroom tub is too high, too.
We lined up for more than half an hour, to the the front desk. Then, was told hotel is at the back.
We had communication with the cleaning ladies. Finally, one understood me, I needed Kleenex box.
The staff are from Nepal. I spoke to the reception on the phone about the leaking, on the corner of the floor. I think they didn't understand. One of the cleaner did come in. She said she will get help. We didn't have them coming in to clean. Too short of a stay. I told her when we leave, they can repair.
