Great location and customer service. Short walk to bus/train station, restaurants & shopping. Most of the staff spoke English, kind and very helpful. We had the triple beds and had plenty of space. Very clean with a lot of extra things necessities. Will definitely book this hotel again and recommend to family and friends

The location was close to the Shinjuku Station. The staff was friendly.
Dated rooms/bathrooms compared to the other Blossom hotel we stayed in Kyoto. The mattress was a bit hard, the room was relatively small. The shower drain had a hair clog in it so the tub filled with water as we showered. The amenities were lacking compared to Kyoto. Kyoto had a customer lounge area and a coffee bar and soda station which was not offered at this location.
