lovely hotel a credit to the chain. We recently stayed in at the same hotel in king’s cross and it was dire but this hotel was really good. Staff were
great and the lounge with complimentary drinks and canapés were a lovely added touch xx

The room was better once we had been moved
Booked through Booking.com for twin beds. There are only a few of these rooms and unless you pay extra you are not guaranteed one. Had to have fold out beds put in the rooms. Also the rooms for booking. com were very tatty, I complained about the dirty floor, broken telephone and no lights, at that point the staff moved us.
