Bed/mattress very good. Good blackout curtains and effective soundproofing.
Bathroom sufficiently spacious; shower very good.
For the UK, a good selection at the breakfast buffet.
Wi-Fi good throughout.
Plenty of usable power outlets throughout the room!
The hotel's location is excellent. Located between Chinatown and the Gay Village.
The National Express bus terminal is right next door, and there is a bus stop for over 30 bus lines practically on the doorstep!
The windows cannot be opened—not even a crack for ventilation.
Don’t bring too many items of clothing; the wardrobe is very small and is partly being used for other purposes!
There are receptionists, but check-in and check-out are handled via a terminal.
The room temperature can only be adjusted via the dedicated hotel service.
Unfortunately, the coffee at the breakfast buffet is not good.
There is a constant draft at the breakfast buffet—the same is true in the lobby!
There is a lack of shelving and hooks for towels and bath-things.

Our suite was very comfortable and clean. Made even better with the complementary stuff in the fridge.
If I was to be really critical, the bathroom was small in comparison to the property in Birmingham.

The location was easy accesible
The service around it was poor, the way the staff met your request replying back nonsense. Most of us travel light and expect that with a four star Hotel toiletries has a certain standard.
