Great location and bags of Victorian character
Nothing really

Excellent location on Ryde seafront close to transport interchange. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. A good breakfast included in the price. Friendly and helpful staff.
Some areas are looking a bit tired. WiFi unreliable in the room, but ok in the lounge area.

Fine - plenty if choice and could mix and match. Waiter service for main course a bonus
The building being old is rather labyrinthine, and some stair carpets were old.

Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, clean room.
Parking on road ok but a pain, not hotels fault, hotel showing signs of wear...could do with a bit.of investment.
