triple bedroom was quite spacious. reception area was spacious with a large seating area.

Excellent staff and always at our service Abdullah, great lady in Spiritual Concierge desk helped us with train bookings, ever smiling and eager to assist Nazrul, Naeem, Shamim and Salim. We greatly enjoyed your hospitality.

The staff are notably welcoming and supportive. In particular, the room service employee, Sallauddin, provided real assistance. We appreciate the help.
The payment systems were inadequate; I attempted numerous methods without success, and the checkout window seemed too short.
My guest arrived slightly earlier than expected, but hotel reception—Khalid—refused entry to the room despite my payment. My guest was upset.
My flight was delayed, forcing an additional overnight stay, yet they refused entry without full payment. I had anticipated a discount because I had already completed five nights.
