Everything was good. Inclusive breakfast was nice to have.
Not keen on a downstairs room with a window directly on to the car park and people standing out the front of the hotel. The sifi worked fine but I was told to use my name and room number, but actually i needed the code handwritten on my room card

It was very convenient for our visit destination on the outskirts of Southampton. Car park right at hotel. These are the reasons we booked it.
The room was a bit tired and felt run down. The “sofa” was well worn and there were dark marks on the carpet. The car park. I knew we had to pay for the privilege of using it but not at reception. It is apparently owned by another business so you have to go outside (in the dark and poorly lit entrance area) and use a machine to pay. You should be able to do this inside.
