Our room was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast there both of which were very good. Food was lovely, staff helpful and friendly. Location perfect as close to Southampton Cruise terminal.
There was nothing to dislike.

Great bar area and perfect location for the boat show.
The room was noisy and too hot and humid, the temperature control didn't work.
