The location. The views. The staff. The room was accessible for mobility scooter. Perfect.
Soap dispenser very difficult to get to dispense......in the shower....awkward.....at the sink....I dismantled the pump action!
Breakfast smoothie very bitter. De caffeinated tea like dishwater but in the room it is good.... Need to buy better quality de caffeinated tea for the restaurant.
In the room several plugs/points/charger points did not work by the bedside very irritating to wake up in the morning with things not charged. Other points in the room okay but had to keep moving things around.
Lift doors close too quickly when you have to negotiate a mobility scooter, luggage etc. You need to be quick....unfortunately we were slow.

I wasn’t there very long but after a hard day’s travel, arriving to my room was a treat. The view of the harbor, the modern shower, and the comfy bed were just what I needed. I capped it all by having dinner at The Jetty. It was perfection. They even accommodated my request for a dessert to go. Staff at the restaurant were attentive but not obtrusive. Five stars for the property!
I wish I had planned a longer stay!

Beautiful location and views. Very clean room.
The fact it cost over £500 a night and I had to pay parking and also extra for breakfast.
I requested my room to be made up as a twin, twice. Both times agreed by the hotel. This was not implemented.
There was no extraction in the bathroom.
The sauna was broken in the spa.
