The breakfast was very good although we did have to wait 5 mins to be seated, there were a lot of choices cereals, cooked breakfast, yogurts, porridge etc. We found the location was good for exploring Town & I thought the FOC Bentley to take you into Town was a nice touch. The spar was excellent & the fact you could get a drink in there was an added bonus.
A couple of things, because we booked using booking.com we had to pay a parking charge of I think £12 per day, which we would not have to have paid if we had booked direct, I really do not think this is fair it should be free & bye the way there are not enough parking spaces when the hotel is full. Also there were not enough comfy seating in the Spar.

Quiet, very comfortable, staff exceptional. Upgraded to room with hot tub. 🤗. 3 different dining options. Great pool with spa attached to cosy rustic bar.
Steep access hill, no privacy glass on hot tub balcony rooms.

The location and the concierge staff
The spa was too full and there was nowhere to sit or put our towel/dressing gown. I feel like this would be better if people had allocated time slots.
Breakfast took around 20 minutes for more hot food to come out with it being busy in the morning therefore I just left that. We ended up getting sat under a part of the roof at breakfast which leaked the whole time.
