Location bar and breakfast was good

Good spot, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was ok.
Staff were ok, but not the most welcoming (exception was bar staff). Facilities were ok, but access to room was hard and felt a bit claustrophobic. Not a bad stay, but expensive for what it is.

Room and balcony view stunning
Breakfast was very unorganised and eggs very runny and reception lady didn't seem to explain anything right

The location was lovely and a few lovely staff members. One guy in particular who greeted us on arrival.
Breakfast was nice, I took it back to my room, but it was a free for all.
We stayed in dog rooms which was on the first floor. It was absolutely nothing like the pictures shown. No coffee pod machine. The window wouldn’t stay open so had to wedge with the bin. No pet beds / blankets as shown in the photos. So no idea why paid extra for. Very small room. Bed was comfy ish but ironing board next to the bed.
Very dusty , broken pictures on the wall. Getting drinks at the bar was hard work as no staff on, too busy standing about in the restaurant. That’s just a small amount of issue!
