The location is great. The room is clean.
The breakfast was disappointing and very limited. Some of the items on the buffet, such as the bread and cakes, were not fresh, and it seemed as though the same items were being reused every morning.
The food presentation was unappealing, resembling a workers' cafeteria at the end of the day, with only leftovers remaining on the serving trays.
Since this is a small hotel, one would expect more attention to variety, freshness, and quality.
You can order scrambled eggs or crêpes Suzette from the waitress, but unfortunately, neither is particularly tasty.
The selection was extremely limited, both in variety and quantity.
I would recommend skipping breakfast at this hotel until significant improvements are made.

I like the excellent, central location
Everything was great.

My family and I come to Poland at lest once a year.
We always stay at the Wentzel because it is the best hotel
In Cracow.
My only dislike was that there could be non slip bath mats for disabled guests for the walk in showers.

Location
The Hotel, once impressive, is run down and disappointing. Obviously in need of urgent redecorating and updating. We had to change our bedroom arriving late afternoon, because toilet was faulty and not checked before our arrival.
Breakfasts consist of food from a day or two before, definitely not fresh and not appetising. Verging on health hazard: tepid sausages/potato cakes/mushrooms were served from broken heating machine which wasn’t repaired for 3 days after our initial day one complaint. Serving staff nice but helpless, their managers not particularly interested.
