Fantastic location near to old town but not in it. Friendly and helpful staff witrh good English.
We didn’t eat breakfast - it was more than we wanted and a bit expensive.

outstanding location right in the old city, quite and with a very friendly and helpful staff.
Very costly parking 150 meters away.

Fantastic breakfast - lots of choice & good quality
Parking advice - we had a rental car & asked at reception for best place to park & we took up their recommendation but it was very expensive & we discovered the underground (inter parking) car park which was just round the corner & in fact nearer was 1/2 the price!!! So advice if have hire car do your own research on parking !

Great hotel and very good value for money. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions and areas in Kraków, especially if you enjoy exploring a city on foot.
The staff were super nice and helpful, and I really appreciated the soundproofing in the room.
