The location is excellent, right next to Florian Gate at the entrance to the Old Town. Despite being in such a busy, tourist-filled area, the hotel was incredibly quiet at night — absolutely no noise at all!
The breakfast was very good, with nothing to complain about. The rooms are quite spacious, and the 18th-century design makes the stay feel particularly special. The atmosphere is charming, peaceful, and relaxing.
Overall, staying here was definitely a great choice. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially if you book in advance. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a fantastic location.
Nothing in particular, except perhaps the pillows. However, I think pillow comfort comes down to personal preference, as some people may find them comfortable while others might find them too soft.

The location is great - I needed to get to the train station in the morning anfd the hotel is in a very manageable distance from it. The building is quite beautiful and old, the breakfast was nice - many options, which I really appreciate.
like many other hotels in Krakow now it is ridiculously overpriced. I don't think one night in a weirdly shaped room, decorated in an outdated manner, with a single bed should and can cost 100 euro. The person at the reception whom I asked for the directions to the station was all nice when I spoke English, but when I tried to pronounce a Polish name and he realised I was Ukrainian, all of a sudden he couldn't be bothered to help, explain or even look at me. Eventually the guy who was helping out with the luggage explained it to me. However, he didn't even think to help me with my suitcase. this all adds up to an experience that was unpleasant and overpriced.
