The location and views were phenomenal. The decor and artwork were lovely. The person at check in was friendly and helpful.
When we returned from walking around, our room door was left open by the housekeeping staff, which was concerning. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic. On the last night of our stay, the toilet would not flush and we called the emergency line, but no one answered and no one returned the call. Thankfully, another guest we met on the rooftop shared that there is a bathroom by the front desk that we could use. What is the point of an emergency line for issues, if no one returns the call or answers the phone? That was disappointing.

Perfect location. Very clean. Quiet. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Cute lift to get to the upper levels. Excellent staff.
Shower was a bit extreme.
