Free parking, tight but it worked, staff very friendly and said we could stay parked for a little longer after checkout, resturant dinner was lovely and fairly priced.. a nice 35min stroll on sea front to brighton pier.. perfect!!
more choice of morning tea's in room..

Location was perfect. Staff were really friendly and the family room was huge.
Breakfast was swimming in grease. I love a fry up but this made me feel ill as it was pure grease. The tables everywhere were so sticky! All the tables in the room were sticky and at breakfast. Must be a product they use but it made it feel dirty. The hotel is really tired and desperately needs updating. Not the staffs fault though, they were kind and helpful but I don’t think we’d stay again.
