The location is good. The bed and pillows were comfy. I enjoyed spending time on the balcony, even with the wind and rain. The room was an adequate size for a couple. Overall, a nice place to stay.
The electric shower heater is ineffective: the flow rate drops significantly, making it difficult to bathe. It also hangs too low, which could allow the cables to get wet and cause an electrical problem.
The room was clean, but there were hairs on the duvet under the bedspread, and the hair dryer bag was dusty. The cleaning should be more thorough.

Location and views over the square
Good communication with staff
Staff took our concerns about our original room seriously and were moved to another room at a different location. Room at Innit Bliss was much better.
Problems with key box - had been given the wrong number. Took a while to speak to an actual person rather than an AI person
Property - hall, room tired, floors slopping
Room smelt stale. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Affected the smell of the towels
Bedside light did not work
Light over sink hanging down
Drainage issues in shower
