Everything was nice needed to change room for one with wet room and was not a problem all the staff where very pleasant

The staff make this hotel. Friendly and helpful.
Room had air conditioning which was bonus but bit of a climb up stairs to reach it.
Lift unfortunately not working but able to use disability lift.

Lovely staff and to me appears they have recently taken over the property as lots of ongoing works to improve the appearance- will be lovely when renovated and the staff will make it a place to stay
