Great location - close to train station and bus route into Brighton. Free parking. Room looked like it had a brand new bathroom. Clean, comfortable and welcoming.
I think its being done up so a few things lacking but I’m sure the owners will get there!

We were able to leave the car at the hotel , the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The buses were excellent

Perfect base to explore Brighton. We travelled from Bognor Regis for a show on the Thursday night. My wife had an MRI scan at Brighton Hospital the next day so made sense to stay over.
Bus stop just outside for easy transfer to the centre of the city. Free parking for 24 hours from arrival was very cost effective.
Didn't expect too much from the included breakfast (expected cereals and fruit) but the full english cooked breakfast was great value for money!
The shower wasn't fully secured to the wall but this was a very minor issue. We just reattached it and it was fine!

The breakfast was very good. The staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. Maybe have the choice of more than one pillow per person. Parking at the hotel was very convenient. Thank you
I know the place is being refurbished , but it was really quite tired looking.
The stair carpet was threadbare in places. One of our rooms had no plugs for the basin or bath in the bathroom. Also the chair was falling apart, and had a split in the seat. The other room was in need of decoration, it had filler on the wall that needed painting. Im sure it will be great once the refurbishment is complete.
