Good, clean room. Cot bed ready in the room as requested and polite, professional staff.
Extortionate cost to get a taxi to/from the airport considering how close to the airport it is (paid £50 on the night of arrival but didn’t have much choice at 1am with small children). Shuttle bus service wasn’t available for us in the morning of departure as apparently it only takes 8 ppl and there were 4 of us with a suitcase and a buggy so taxi again it had to be :(

The evening meal was good.
Having paid £166 for the room, on arrival we were informed of an additional £22 to park our car overnight. In all honesty, I thought this additional charge was unfair. The room was described as accessible which wasn't made clear at time of purchase.
I also made enquiries about ordering a taxi to take us to a local public house to meet with friends who were staying there. I was provided with one taxi number however, a taxi was not available for about an hour.
