The rooms on both our stays were exceptionally clean - the only reason I rated it less than perfect was that the swimming pool water was not up to the best quality. Breakfast and dinner were both good and dinner quick to arrive when ordered. The location is excellent for a stop-over when travelling further afield and the availability of EV charging makes it perfect for EV drivers - NB you'll get a discount on charging if you have EG Octopus Electroverse membership.
Like many hotels these days you'll pay for parking. This always feels cheeky when you've paid to stay but seems to be a sign of the times.

One night stay before a flight.Lovely staff and atmosphere in the bar
The room was functional and clean,but the bed was wonderful.Such a good night sleep.
Obviously the area is mostly a business zone,so not charming.
These days we are used to showers,not baths.Shower over bath was functional,but not a total delight.

Nice room. Good facilities
Parking was extra. Breakfast was also not included and staff on arrival didn’t confirm this either. Spent 10mins on phone on hold to hotel waiting to ask and confirm if breakfast was included, to find out it wasn’t
