This little place lived up to the title of boutique. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable - a little haven in the busy little city. Staff were extremely accommodating, able to answer all questions and advise about tourist attractions. The decor and furnishings were well-maintained and everything was spotlessly clean. Our room (no 23) faced a little side street and was on the third floor, so very quiet.
The room was very small for three people. We needed to use the lounge area to give each other space.

The location was exceptional. Very near to the main train station and a walking distance from most the attractions and amenities.
The lobby was charming, same as the room.
The room and bathroom were very clean.
I can say that the biggest strengths was the team. Everyone was lovely, welcoming,warm and helpful
Our room was in the semi basement and one of the mornings you could hear a lot of noise, I believe the staff was preparing the breakfast.
The management should find a way to minimise this so all the guests can relax and have a pleasant stay.

Character building
Main receptionist was unfriendly, bordering hostile. There had been a data breach a couple of months before I came and the hotel was very indifferent about the theft of my personal data.
