Thank you for being so accommodating and thoughtful! Your warm hospitality and friendly service have made our time at Crown Hotel Amsterdam even more special. It’s always the people who make a stay memorable, and your
team has certainly done that. We’re very grateful!
Additionally, during my stay, I had an unexpected situation where I needed the hotel’s assistance with something unrelated to the hotel itself. The manager responded immediately, took the time to help me, and stayed involved until everything was sorted out. I really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to help me.
Everything was perfect.

Location perfect for city break. Central station and trams nearby
Staff very pleasant and helpful including the cat.
Ability to store luggage before check in and after check out.
As mentioned by many reviews the stairs are steep, but this is par for the course for central Amsterdam, and we knew before booking.so not an issue.
Nothing really, did our homework and knew what to expect.

The location is very central but it is very noisy as it is on a canal in the red light district and the windows are not double glazed. The rooms are clean but very small.
