I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of options. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center and the central station.
The price was very reasonable considering the quality, cleanliness, and location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It was honestly a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Sauna, convenience to central rail station, very comfortable, coffee machine in room.
Proximity to highly touristed area of Amsterdam which is kind of dirty and gross.

Location
Rooms were not at all like the photos. I booked premium rooms with views for my daughters. They had to change 3 times and still it wasn’t like the photo! Booking was all messed up as well I had ordered and paid for a surprise bottle of champagne in her room which they told her about as she walked in and that she had to pay it as well as breakfast which I had also already paid. We had to call and complain several times. Not the best.
