Lovely jungle feel to hotel. Pool and bar facilities were great. Room was very spacious
Slight musty smell in the room

Everything , staff couldn’t do enough - rooms were spacious and well maintained.
Building work on a nearby property, glacial speed of service in the bar…but small things

We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were honestly some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met — always smiling, welcoming and happy to help with anything.
The breakfast was really nice, and the facilities were absolutely stunning. What I loved most was how the hotel combines the beautiful nature around it with modern design while still keeping a lovely local atmosphere. It feels peaceful, stylish and authentic at the same time.

Quiet location, lovely warm swimming pool. Spacious rooms and a good massage.
Service has room for improvement, had to ask for complimentary water to be replenished a couple of times before getting a response. Mostly young and seem inexperienced staff, you had to ask for basic service…ie had to ask for coffee at breakfast, has to ask to see a lunch or cocktail menu at lunchtime.
