Great location near fantastic coffee spots, better than average gym with dumbbells up to 30kg and a cable machine, amazing staff - they advise the cleaners not to enter your room if they notice you return to the hotel then confirm if it’s okay to clean your room which I was so impressed by. The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and were super clean and there was a fruit bowl on arrival. Another moment that blew me away was their breakfast buffet opens at 6am and I did the 4:30am ankor wat tour and the hotel said to let them know so that they could pack a breakfast for me in the morning to take on the bus and it was delicious! I think they thought I was korean because they added a few korean snacks which I thought was super cute. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and an a la carte menu for western and asian dishes but quite limited for high protein options. Also travelling solo as a woman I felt extremely safe in the hotel; highly recommend!
On my last two nights I had a very noisy neighbour so the walls are quite thin; it’s also a 15min walk to the main food area and longer to the major sights but grab is super easy to order anywhere in siem reap so it wasn’t a big issue just something to be aware of but it’s so close (on the same block) to some of the best coffee in the city and I say that as a Melbournian. Laundry is very expensive $2-5 USD per item so I ended up using a local laundry service.

Beautiful architecture (and I am an architect), great pools. Super super friendly staff — I lost an item that had a significant amount of cash, and they returned it to me with all the cash. Very high integrity. The location was very convenient to local restaurants and activities. Our room was nice, and we felt well taken care of the entire stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent, along with the ambience and decor. There was nothing to fault whatsoever.

The hotel was nice but I think I would have had a better time with a regular room. I got one of the suites with its own private pool. The water was freezing and I never got in, there was also a lot of things floating in the water. The bed was also very dusty and made me itchy. Its almost as if nobody had rented that room in a while and the bedding wasnt changed in months. But the rooftop pool was beautiful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you get a regular room.
