Amazing jungle hotel! Hanging plants and pots everywhere. It was incredible and the restaurant in the middle of the pond with lotus flowers was so lovely.

Fabulous level of attentiveness by the staff.

Everything about the stay from start to finish was honestly perfect. The staff were brilliant, the rooms were lush, the spa facilities were brilliant. They get to know who you are during your stay and they are so lovely. Location was brilliant too. The price difference between this and a 3 star hotel is minimal for the jump in service we received.
Can't fault anything. Even in rainy season it was fabulous, really was very cosy.

A tropical paradise hidden in the middle of the city. Super location, great staff and comfortable room. The pool was also a welcome relief after a busy day.
