Everything was exceptional. The butler was so sweet. She did complimentary laundry. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to mall. Overall we had an amazing stay.

St Regis is a luxury 5 star hotel and our experience during our stay reflects exactly that. The staff were amazing, very clean and well resourced, the breakfast is superb and the butler service is 10/10. We were greeted with warmth and huge smiles, the check-in and check-out process was very prompt and smooth which we appreciated since we have two young children.
