The first and most wonderful thing was the help of the marvellous concierge. He not only gave me all the information about tours, Hop on Hop off buses, currency exchanges and how to get to the shopping Centre, he personally walked me to each location and showed me a short cut from the hotel. I have never experienced that anywhere else in the world. The hotel had a Surf and Turf dinner on that night which was again one of the best in the world. The breakfast matched it as well.
The location by undercover access of 10 minutes at most, from the terminal of the fast train to the airport is just what a traveller needs. All in all, the perfect hotel and location for KL.
Nothing.
