Great staff service, facilities all very clean. Our room had full kitchen
The rainforest shower head was great but we needed the hand held to work too for my elderly mum and unfortunately it didn’t

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and well-stocked (kitchenette). They had thought of all that you need on a trip away . I especially appreciated that the nice gym and lovely pool were accessible 24 hours. Many places the time restrictions mean with tourist activities you may not have much access to those amenities. Also, laundry machines onsite you can pay for is a bonus.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything. It was simply an excellent quality place to stay.

Washing and dryer facilities. Staff friendly. Nice smelling ammenities. Close to KL Sentral shopping if you use the short cut of turning left at Starbucks into alleyway and lift up to level two - exit lift to your right and walk across carpark to walkway into mall.
VERY hard bed, and we couldn’t get an extra duvet for padding as they ran out until the next day, Dirty discolouration to ceiling. No ice on site. Kitchen draws etc slamming.
