I had a wonderful stay at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur and was very satisfied with the overall service and hospitality.
I really appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request for an early check-in, which made my arrival so much more convenient. The staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay.
I also loved the evening room service, where the staff went from room to room between 6 PM and 10 PM to check whether guests needed extra towels or replenishment of other amenities. It was a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thank you to the team for the excellent hospitality and for making my stay a memorable one. I would definitely consider staying here again

- We got an upgrade to a Jr. Suite!
- 5-star service from almost all the floor staff!
- Excellent room design, wonderful shower, and good quality material all around
- Entrance to the hotel too easy to miss (if you're driving)
- Our king-sized bed had a mild sagging in the middle
- The swimming pool was extremely underwhelming and level 4 outdoor felt almost abandoned.

This hotel is like stepping back into a past era, from the front door to your room. The staff are attentive and there for all your needs.
