This is the second year of us staying here and this time we brought our family. This hotel is at a perfect location, close to all the necessities and a lot of attractions.
The only thing was that the double room we got for 3 people, that has 2 small beds and one big bed, (the window goes out to a wall and an elevator), so we weren’t getting any fresh air at all. We brought that up to their attention and they offered to change our room to a different one that had 2 windows going out to the Eminonu side but it only had 2 small beds and a sofa. It worked out for us.
But besides that, everything else is good. Really enjoyed the breakfast with nice view and accommodating staff.

It was centrally located and very close to restaurants, train stations, stores. Breakfast was great with a great view! They also arranged the pickup from/to airport.

Near along beautiful spots
We are couple and didn’t realize that 2 single beds, there i am not sure if it is my mistake to book it or from the hotel.

Breakfast on the rooftop had an incredible view, but the variety was a bit limited. Location was smack in the middle of the busy shops and restaurants. Forgot my shirt there and the staff kept it for 2 weeks before I could come back to Istanbul and retrieve them.
The bed situation was a bit rough. The blanket was pretty much 1 piece of towel, and the room was quite small. Noise was a real problem. The general noise of the busy area was one thing. Outside my window was a mosque, and the loudspeaker was directed towards the room's direction. I understand that the call for prayer happens everywhere, but the room needs better noise cancellation.
