Great location and value for money, smaller room with good bathroom. Clogged shower was swiftly resolved
The bed is really small- which they also warn about and it was too soft with not a good pillow.

Real score is 9, but I have to give 10 since me and my family received a symbolic Turkey present during check out, it was really nice move from a host. Staff and facilities were very good, nothing to complain, excellent value for money. Since this is my fifth time in Istanbul, I need to say that location is excellent for all tourist needs, whether you wanna go to Asia or stay and explore the Europe side, plus neighboorhod is quiet which surprised me the most (4 years ago I also stayed at Sirkeci but it was really loud experience compared to this).
Maybe some of the facilities (e.g bathroom ones) need refresh, but considering the price I wouldn’t give much focus to this.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Istanbul’s Old Town, with Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Istanbul Archaeological Museums all within walking distance. The Bosphorus is only about five minutes away, and the public ferry is a cheap and enjoyable way to explore the city or cross over to the Asian side.
The staff were lovely, our room and bathroom were clean, and despite the central location, it was peaceful and surprisingly quiet. Having a swimming pool was a lovely bonus after a busy day exploring Istanbul.
We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.
Our only minor criticism was that coffee and tea at breakfast wasn’t brilliant, but I suspect the machine was broken and this certainly didn’t detract from our stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location within walking distance of the main places to visit. Staff were very welcoming.
This didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. My room was small and at the front of the hotel on the main street so it was very noisy at night. Breakfast was mediocre, although it was good to have an egg station for omelettes, though no fillings were included unless you added them yourself from the buffet.
