This is my 6th time staying at this hotel, and every visit has been amazing. The staff always recognize you and immediately do their best to help with anything you need. The service is exceptional from the café to every part of the hotel—they make you feel welcome every single day.
A special thank you to Mehmet, Jamal, Farid, and Dadash. They are simply the best of the best! They are professional, friendly, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality is the reason I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel, and I can't wait for my next stay!

The rooms are nice but the most beautiful part of the hotel is the restaurant at the terrace. Breathtaking.

The hotel's location is very convenient, TR just a short walk from the tram station. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. We especially appreciated the helpful front desk staff, who kindly arranged an early check-in and airport transfer for us. We had a very pleasant four-night stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Lovely small hotel with high standards of cleanliness where you can relax from the minute you arrive (even at check-in point). All staff is very polite and help you with anything you need. Top breakfast and the rooftop restaurant for evening meals is amazing. It's located within walking distance of main attractions, which means it's in full touristic area, restaurants and shops around and tram on the back street.
