Breakfast was really good & our room was very clean. Friendly staff.
Pillows were uncomfortable.

Location. We’ve stayed at hotel previously. The staff are exceptional and the food and service excellent. These two elements get 10/10
Our room (501) was very small and the facilities (especially the shower room tired and in need of updating. It was this that has seen my overall rating poorer than it would have been.

Breakfast was superb, I particularly enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. Everything was well cooked and served warm.
