Breakfast was excellent. Location is superb. Some simple guidance about the trams that stop outside the hotel would be helpful.
I liked the meals in the bar.
The weather.

Beautiful, clean, quiet room. Had all the needed facilities and the right temperature. Excellent location, near shops, food, town center and train station. I felt very safe and the reception staff were very kind and professional.

The bedroom carpet felt tacky underfoot, clean bedding and towels. Very very basic. Nothing other than soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Hairdryer worked well.
No fridge
A bottle of water was left on the first night but never replenished.
Good double glazing considering the teams ran all night there was just a rumble.
I had a queen size room for myself, I can’t imagine 2 people sharing, bathroom tiny!
