The receptionist (I think her name was Elaine) was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and had lots of extras including a weighing scale. It was opposite the train station so was a convenient location for us. A wonderful hotel!

Hotel should pin the parking area in google map .
Hotel should provide parking slot for dropping bags.
