The location's just 10-15 minutes walk, or 4 stops via tram (the tram stop's just outside).
A small & compact room with excellent bed (we had great sleep there). Breakfast's minimal but delicious. and they've elevator! which is great since our mom's on wheelchair
a little more variety to the breakfast spread will be better.

Location, location, location. That was the only thing that made our stay in this hotel good.
Hotel service was the worse. There were NO cups for hot beverages. Had to request for cups every single morning because they did not want to give more than 2 per day, even if we were staying for almost 4 day. And room cleaning was done once in 2 days, without giving us any notice beforehand. There were no signs in the room about room cleaning done only after 2 days. Staff were only in the property from 9am to 6pm. After 6pm, you are to fend for yourselves! No service or support would be offered. Even the whatsapp hotline was useless as they usually take hours to reply. If not for the location, the service would make one stay away from this hotel.
