The staff was incredibly helpful and I was lucky enough to get a lovely upgrade. I stayed in a beautiful suite with 2 floors. Breakfasts was also nice: healthy and tasty selection of sweet and savoury dishes

The location was excellent and the staff really great, super friendly and ready to help with advice. My room had a wonderful view and the bed was really comfortable.
My room was next to the lift so a little bit of mechanical noise but nothing I couldn’t live with.

Location was excellent. We walked almost everywhere. The breakfast buffet was an amazing assortment of foods and beverages. I'm sure that anyone could fill up on their faves for breakfast, ranging from cold-cut meats to tempting breakfast pastries.

The location is great and central, we could easily walk in around 10 mins, with our suitcases, from the Arlanda Express platform at the Central Station. Metro is nearby, or otherwise plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within 5-20 mins walk. We were going to an event at the Kulturhuset and this was also very walkable. Staff was very friendly and competent. The interior design is a nice boutique hotel.
The room was extremely small; barely space to walk around the bed. There's no chair in the room consequently, and no dedicated quiet area inside the hotel to work otherwise, so this was a problem given we each planned to work remotely for one afternoon. The glass wall and door of the bathroom doesn't provide much privacy (there's some thin curtains).
