Lovely place, full of history. Warm welcome and were shown some of the historical features. Spacious room. Breakfast excellent. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Lovely old traditional inn. Nice staff. Great choice of cheeses at dinner and to purchase.
Very small bathroom for a superior room. Little bit of mold round bath.

Period charm of authentic parts of the building. Comfortable beds and good room facilities. Pleasant, professional staff.
Pigeon nest and mess on room balcony, as it was on a previous stay.
Noise disturbance until the early hours from unexpected onsite events affecting all three of our booked rooms.
Cigarette smoke odour in rooms from people smoking in the courtyards under windows.
