Breakfast had a lot of choices. The hot food was good & everything was kept topped up.
The tea/coffee machine (beside the cold drinks machine) was very slow at filtering through coffee - perhaps it just needs a good clean out.
The carpet in our room could also do with being cleaned as there was quite a few ‘spills’ on it & as I’ve stated on all my previous reviews the gap at the bottom of the shower door causes a flood of water unless the shower heads pointed directly at the opposite wall as this keeps the floor from flooding as much.

Staff very pleasant. The person who serviced our room did an excellent job. No criticism at all
The heating was a big problem
We were so cold. The sun symbol was impossible to find.
After going to bed the heating suddenly came on and was very hot, but at the wrong time. We never have heating on during the night. Did spoil our stay a little
More hooks in the bathroom needed

Seal on bottom of shower was broken, so the bathroom filled up with water and made the floor slippy. I spoke to a staff member the next morning, but they didn’t seem too bothered or offer any sort of apology. Also woken up at 6am on a Sunday morning by people talking in the corridor wasn’t great.
Bathroom slippy and unsafe, also being woken up early.
