Dinner was good and the service was excellent
Breakfast was poor. We opted to have a bacon roll at the bar. The brunch said the bar opened at 8.30am but it didn't open until 9am. the bacon roll was good and we were pleased that we didn't pay the £17 for the buffet breakfast as they had run out of fruit and there wasn't much displayed on the cooked food counter.

Lovely hotel, nice spa facilities. Huge comfy room, tasty breakfast

The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean and well equipped, although for som reason, some rooms had a fridge and others did not. The breakfast was very varied and good quality. Above all, staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good with a Morrison's within walking distance, but not a lot of restaurant choices in the area if you didn't have a car. I didn't get a chance to try the spa facilities, hope to do so another time!
Poor choice of restaurants and pubs in the area without a vehicle, which was our case.

Room size, good parking
Room tired, bathroom tired, no real lounge to sit in, only bar. Furniture in lounges was taken out and used in conference rooms. This hotel did not feel 4 star, did not feel like a spa hotel. Ground floor bedrooms right next door to conference rooms so it felt more like a business hotel.
